管制项目增补目录的公告

根据《麻醉药品和精神药物管理条例》《非药用类麻醉药品和精神药物列管方法》的关系规定，公安部、国家食品药品监督管理总局和国家卫生和计划生育委员会将芬太尼、芬太尼、五氟芬太尼四种物质作为非药用类麻醉药品和精神药物管制品种

本公告自去年3月1日起施行。
